A price on its own means nothing. Every marker on Petrol Smart is measured against the average for that fuel across your whole region.

Every price is measured against the average for that fuel across your region, with anything more than 2.5 pence either side called out. Colour and wording together, so the grade reads in greyscale too.
Which brands are worth the detour
The brand filter shows how each brand is pricing in your region, so you can see who is cheap before you drive rather than after.
Where the number came from
Every price shows its source — UK Fuel Finder — and the date it was published, so you always know what you are comparing.
