Biggest Movers in VIC Petrol Prices This Week

Diesel's 21.2c metro jump is the headline. The daily data tells a relentless story: metro diesel opened the week at 213.7 c/L on Monday and climbed every single day without pause, closing Sunday at 231.4 c/L. That's a near 18c intra-week rise with no mid-week relief. Trade and delivery operators will feel this one hard.

U91 followed a similar one-direction trend, moving from 177.7 c/L on Monday to 187.7 c/L by Sunday metro. No dips, no pauses. This is the third straight week of U91 metro increases, and that streak matters because price cycle theory suggests a correction could be coming, but it hasn't arrived yet.
