Biggest Movers in ACT Fuel Prices This Week

The standout shift is diesel, which cratered by 22.3c to land at 221.1c/L — a dramatic single-week swing that will matter most to tradies, fleet operators, and anyone running a diesel SUV. That's real money saved on every tank.

E10 was the biggest mover among petrol grades, shedding 5.1c to 176.9c/L, making it the cheapest option in the ACT right now. U91 and P98 both fell by roughly 4.9c and 4.7c respectively, while P95 dropped 4.6c to 198c/L.

Looking at the daily trend, prices eased steadily all week without any mid-week spikes or reversals. U91 opened Monday at 182.4c/L and dropped in a clean, unbroken line to 176.6c/L by Saturday, where it held flat through Sunday. Diesel followed the same pattern, falling from 225c on Monday to 218.6c on Saturday before nudging up just 0.3c on Sunday. That kind of consistent downward drift through the week is unusual — most weeks see at least one bump.
